Overview
The Third is Watersound Club's newest 18-hole course, a Love Golf Design layout (lead architect Scot Sherman) that opened on March 20, 2025, just north of Shark's Tooth. It was built to play firm and fast over the natural terrain, with large, heavily contoured greens and six sets of tees ranging from about 4,900 to more than 7,600 yards. Play is limited to Watersound Club members and Camp Creek Inn guests (the 2025 launch release listed par 72, the club's current page lists par 71).
