The North Course is the shorter of Ironwood Country Club's two private layouts in south Palm Desert, set against the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains. At par 71 and a maximum of 6,212 yards, it rewards accuracy and strategy over power, and the club bills it as a walkable course.
