Alta Vista Country Club

Overview

Alta Vista Country Club is a private Placentia club whose course was laid out by Harry Rainville in 1961 and later reworked by his son David. The par-72 layout is unusual in having five par 5s and five par 3s, and at about 6,560 yards from the Black tees it rewards shot-making over sheer length. Members have a driving range and chipping, bunker and putting practice areas.
